Advice that adds up.

One system from first meeting to signed Statement of Advice to implemented plan — modelled against a thousand market futures, written honestly, with your fee inside the projections.

Built in Australia since 2024, by people who sit in advice meetings. Client data lives in Sydney.
Rather try it yourself? Access is invite-only during the licensee rollout — request an invite.

The production problem

The advice takes an hour.
Producing it takes days.

13 hrs

of production work behind the average SOA — fact-find in one tool, modelling in another, the document in Word, compliance on a checklist. Re-typed at every step, wrong at the seams.

30 days

from first meeting to presented advice at one practice in five. The client’s moment of highest intent, spent watching an inbox.

$4,668

the median ongoing fee a client now pays — up 67% in five years, most of it the cost of the machine, not the advice. The machine is the part that can change.

Industry benchmarks: adviser production surveys and the 2025 Australian Financial Advice Landscape — checkable, like everything else on this page.

The arithmetic

Get the hours back.

Thirteen hours of production behind the average SOA. In Addapt the draft writes itself from the file — call adviser time two hours, generously. The difference, across your book, is not a rounding error. Drag it.

How it works

One golden thread.

Every number is captured once and flows through the whole file — the modelling, the document, the signature, the implementation plan and every review after it.

  1. 1

    Engage

Scope and fee agreed on a client link before the work begins — a documented mandate in minutes.

  2. 2

    Capture once

Fact-find in the meeting, with on-device recording alongside, or through the client’s own digital intake link.

  3. 3

    Model everything

Full household simulation — tax, super caps, Age Pension means tests, franking, HELP, aged care — current to this financial year, stress-tested across 1,000 market futures.

  4. 4

    The draft writes itself

Strategies with why, how and trade-offs, insurance needs, projections and disclosures — drafted from the file, edited like a document, never assembled by hand.

  5. 5

    Sign on the real thing

The client reads the actual PDF on any device and signs it there — the signature lands on the document itself, not a certificate stapled to it.

  6. 6

    Implement, and keep score

Acceptance seeds the implementation plan, tracked on the client’s live link. Every annual review scores the plan against reality — ahead or behind, in dollars.

Meeting-native

Built for the room, not the back office.

Recording, on-device.

Meeting audio is transcribed in the browser and never leaves it until you save. A privacy stance, not a settings toggle.

Present mode.

Full-screen what-if for answering “what if I retire at 62?” in front of the client — the plan re-tests itself live on every drag.

A brief that matches the file.

The meeting brief is derived from the client file, word for word — what you present is what the record says.

The moment

Signed on the real thing.

The client reads the actual PDF on their phone, scrolls to the end, and signs it there. The signature lands on the document itself.

Why clients sign

The software that argues for honesty.

Most advice software is built to make advice look good. Addapt is built to make it true — and it turns out true is what sells.

Your fee is inside the projections.

The value a client sees is after your costs — and the document says so. When the plan is worth it net of the fee, you can prove it. When a strategy costs money deliberately, the document says that too.

Insurance is shown as what it is.

Wealth-negative on purpose — presented against the two worst days it exists to survive, not hidden inside an upside projection. Clients have never seen software make that argument, and it is the moment they remember.

Premiums, priced against the money paying them.

Cover held in super is paid from contributions, so the file prices it that way — premium against contributions, net inflow after cover. When protection is eroding the balance, the document says so, the client elects the trade-off knowingly, and every review re-tests it.

The plan said. Reality says.

Every annual review is a scoreboard, not a re-print — ahead or behind, in dollars, on the same engine that wrote the advice. It is the page that makes clients stay.

Annual review — year 3Illustrative

The plan said $612,000
Reality says $648,000

PositionAhead +$36,000

Confidence, not forecasts.

Every plan leads with a funded-for-life confidence figure and a retirement paycheck in dollars a month — numbers a client can actually hold — instead of a single line the future is guaranteed to miss.

What it is not

No, on purpose.

The fastest way to describe Addapt is what it refuses to be.

Not a bolt-on.

It doesn’t sit on top of the stack you already pay for, re-typing between tools. It replaces the stack.

No extra subscriptions.

No BYO ChatGPT, no transcription app, no e-signature tool, no storage plan, no research add-on. One seat is the whole system.

No client data to overseas AI.

Nothing in the advice path calls a foreign AI API. Transcription runs on-device; the engine runs in Sydney; client data stays where the Privacy Act can see it.

No model-dependency risk.

The engine is deterministic: same inputs, same numbers — today, and in seven years when the file is re-opened. Advice that must stand for years cannot be hostage to a model that can be repriced, rewritten or retired overnight.

Not a roadmap in a deck.

1,250+ automated tests, a live statutory gate, implementation tracked in production today. The demo is the product — bring your hardest file and watch it.

Not built beside the desk.

Built at it — since 2024, by people who sit in advice meetings and answer to a licensee, shaped by the advisers using it every day.

Market data

Verified to the dollar.

Product comparisons run on a catalogue of every major platform and super fund — including all ten of the largest — every figure carried to the dollar and stamped with the date it was verified. Not a stale third-party feed.

Verified, then trusted.

No figure reaches an advice document until it reproduces the fund’s own numbers exactly and passes a human verification gate — and every figure shows its as-at date, so a re-price is visible the day it matters.

The full fee invoice.

Any product, any balance: admin tiers, caps, fixed fees and investment costs itemised line by line at the client’s actual balance — a comparison that holds up in the meeting, not one you defend after it.

Honest switches.

SMSF comparisons include the year-one setup costs. Replacement advice warns when a fund’s default insurance won’t follow the rollover. The comparison argues for the client, not the switch.

Insurance

The market answer, before the quote.

Death, TPD and income protection priced across the major funds for this client’s exact age, occupation and smoker status — ranked, in seconds, before a single quote is requested.

The traps, caught. Default-cover elections, cover that lapses on inactive accounts, occupation ratings applied in the wrong order — the sequencing is encoded in the implementation plan, not left to memory.

Matched to appetite. Disclosure by disclosure, the shortlist re-orders toward the insurers whose underwriting appetite fits — the application goes where it can complete.

Guided implementation

The advice doesn’t end at the signature.

Everyone else’s software stops when the SOA is signed. The work — rollovers, applications, underwriting — is exactly where advice goes to die. So it’s tracked like it matters.

A shared to-do list.

The client’s tracker is two-way: they watch progress live, tick off their own items, and see what happens next.

An inbox that watches the clock.

Every implementation step carries a service-level clock, and stalled items surface across your whole book — before the client has to ask.

Counter-offers, caught.

Underwriting counter-offers are detected automatically and become tasks — nothing dies quietly in an email thread.

Checkable, not marketing

This is what 1,000 futures looks like.

91%

of these futures stay funded for life — and that number is the headline of every plan. Not one lucky line: the whole cone, drawn honestly, with the fragile futures in red.

1,250+

automated tests run before any change ships — including golden tests pinned to the regulator’s own published figures.

1,000

simulated market futures behind every plan — the SOA, the live slider and the review scoreboard all read the same engine.

Issue advice — blocked

The items are the ones the Corporations Act and ASIC’s RG 175 require, and they can never be acknowledged away. The gate opens when the document is complete — not when someone clicks past it.

Privacy, by the Principles. Client records handled under the Australian Privacy Principles: stored in Sydney, encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, never used to train AI models. Meeting audio is transcribed on-device.

Evidence, not assertions. Issued advice is immutable, file actions are logged, and the registers a licensee answers for live beside the client files they refer to.

How data is hosted, isolated and protected →

For practices and licensees

Compliance is the architecture.

The compliance gate is recomputed on the server, and statutory items can never be acknowledged away. Disclosures carry render backstops, so hiding a section cannot drop them from the document. Every figure traces to its source.

Multi-tenant from the first line of code: solo AR today, practice tomorrow, dealer group after that. Teams, oversight, registers, audit trails and file reviews are in the product — not on a roadmap. And the platform gets smarter with every firm on it.

The book watches itself: every household is re-read against the current market — fees and cover both — and what surfaces becomes a documented decision, act or retain, with the reason on file. Ongoing service you can evidence, not assert.

A file that costs a day to produce changes what your book is worth.

Fewer paraplanning hours per SOA, faster reviews, more households per adviser — the economics of every client file move, and practice value follows. And everything on this page is one platform: nothing is a module, and nothing is a paid add-on.

Switching

Bring your whole book.

Xplan exports, as-is.

Client export files import directly — households, couples, balances — field-mapped and de-duplicated. The migration wall comes down.

The book first, the detail as you go.

Each client’s file fills out at their next touch — their own digital intake link, or the first review meeting. The migration is just the workflow.

No lock-in, on purpose.

Your data lives in a standard, portable database — no proprietary format. Leaving has to be possible for the honesty to mean anything.

Asked, answered

The questions a careful firm asks.

Is client data used to train AI models?
No. Client data is never sold and never used to train AI models. The only transcription that touches client audio runs on-device, in the browser — audio never leaves the adviser’s machine until they choose to save.
Where does client data live?
Sydney, Australia — database and documents at rest in AWS ap-southeast-2, isolated per firm by row-level security at the database layer. The security page states the architecture plainly.
How is an SOA compliant in a day?
Because the compliance is structural, not a review step: the issue gate is recomputed on the server against the content the Corporations Act and RG 175 require, and advice cannot issue until the document is complete. The day is the production; the gate is the file review.
What does migration cost in time?
The book imports from Xplan exports as-is; each client’s file fills out at their next natural touch — an intake link or the first review. There is no migration project, just the workflow.
What happens if we leave?
You take your data with you — standard PostgreSQL, no proprietary format, export any time. No lock-in, cancel monthly. Leaving has to be possible for the honesty to mean anything.

Engagement to issued SOA in a day,
with a stronger file than the week-long version.

Fifteen minutes is enough to see it. Bring your hardest client file.

Or request an invite — access is invite-only during the licensee rollout.
